What is Energy Leadership?
Energy Leadership™ is a framework developed by iPEC Coaching that helps you understand how perceptions and attitudes shape experiences. It's based on the principle that seven distinct levels of energy influence how you think, feel, and act.
The Energy Leadership Index™ (ELI) assessment provides a unique lens for understanding your current profile and what is affecting it to achieve greater success, more fulfillment, and create lasting impact.
Catabolic Energy
Levels 1-2: Energy that drains and contracts. While sometimes necessary for survival, prolonged catabolic energy can lead to stress, conflict, and burnout.
Anabolic Energy
Levels 3-7: Energy that builds and expands. Anabolic energy fuels creativity, collaboration, and sustainable high performance.
